The cheerful receptionist's assistance made my check-in smooth, and the Cordon Bleu quality of the restaurant was unexpectedly good.

Hotel is beautifully situated by the pond in Hadersleben. I was able to check in at 12.30 - actually it's only possible from 3pm. In the evening in the restaurant the food was very good - and the breakfast Sunday morning was fine. There were newspapers.
The price is quite high - therefore the hotel is not very modern and the rooms are not very luxurious.

The breakfast was super tasty!
as i had a baby with me and i also ordered a baby bed, staff booked me without a lift to the first floor, i have to give a big minus. it was very difficult to bring everything up with baby. the service was not so great, at the bar one had to wait forever until a waitress came.

Excellent service, good position next to a lake. And close to central Haderslev With nice swimmingpool as well as the center. Warm room, fine beds, nice pool. Brilliant food, fairly priced.

Hotel was quiet little and simple, I greatly enjoyed the stay.
The room was reasonably large and warm with the single window, french balcony and bathtub. The atmosphere created was quiet.

Location was ok.
Stupid small rooms where you have to climb over the double bed to get in one side. Shower drains smells...and it was almost dark inside. As no evening dining the staff recommend an Italian restaurant (with discount) but all we received (along with the other hotel guests) was abuse from the Italian owner shouting that we should have booked??

Very good location, own parking spaces, close to the centre but quiet, very good breakfast
Shower small and with shower curtain, wash basin much too deep, room quite small.

Very welcomming attitude by reception staff. Modern interior design. Walking distance to the town center and easy access to the motorway. Great breakfast buffet. Good parking facilities for £ 5 per day. Overall a very pleasant stay and I will stay there again.

very small but cozy getaway
The small double room had basic furniture but was clean, with a private bathroom. Hot water was always available. Breakfast was a mix of scrambled eggs, cold cuts, and crispy bacon. The restaurant had an amazing view of the lake. Good for short stays, especially for business.

The scenery from the breakfast room was beautiful. And the proximity to walking street for shopping. Clothes shops were amazing.
A bit of a update would be good.
